Pressed Patterns, Folded Forms: Linocut Ornament Workshop Hosted by Radish Designs
Beginner-friendly workshop to introduce participants to linocut printmaking and create handmade, folding, paper ornaments. Enjoy drawing, carving and printing in a relaxed atmosphere where participants can explore their artistic visions. Participants will print paper ornament patterns and assemble their ornaments for the holiday season!
What to expect:
Participants will leave with a hand-carved stamp, at least one (1) assembled paper ornament and templates that students can continue to use in the future.
Students can choose to do a stamp based on existing designs such as: a mushroom fern design, a floral pattern design or a design of your choice! The assembled ornaments will be about 3"x4".
Class is limited to a maximum of four (4) students.
No experience is required. All supplies will be provided.
