Steph Ford Studio is a one-woman risograph print studio based in Vancouver, Canada on the unceded territories of the Coast Salish Peoples, including the territories of the Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), Stó:lō and Səl̓ílwətaʔ/Selilwitulh (Tsleil-Waututh), and xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam) Nations. Offering workshops, printing services and open access for DIY printing. The studio invites you to explore the hands-on art of risograph printing in a welcoming and inclusive environment.

WORKSHOPS
Every month Steph Ford Studio hosts several workshops teaching people how Risograph printing works while giving them the tools to make their own artwork that they get to take home at the end of the class. All materials are provided and each workshop is open to all skill levels.
Risograph Mini:
1.5ish hour session to learn, create and print
Participants will get a brief overview of what Riso is and how it works before creating their own unique post card using analog techniques. As a group we will decide on the 2 colours we will use and print everything together.
Perfect for those who love to explore and learn new skills!
Risograph Basics:
3ish hour session to learn, create and print
A deep dive into everything Riso! Participants use analog techniques to create awesome 2-colour posters while getting hands on printing experience.
Perfect for (but not limited to) those who are interested in working with Riso and incorporating it into their practice!
Zine Making:
3ish hour session to learn, create, print and fold
Along with learning about Riso and how it works, participants will also learn how to create and execute an 8-page zine while getting hands-on printing experience in the process!
Perfect for new and seasoned zinesters alike!
